The Timing of Albert Pujols' Swing

I was talking to a college baseball coach yesterday and he suggested that I look at Albert Pujols' overall timing, including the timing of his load. I have gotten this request a couple of times before, and as a result I just put together an analysis of the swing of Albert Pujols that focuses on the timing of his swing. In particular, I explain what Albert Pujols does relative to what the pitcher does as he delivers the ball.

Jim Edmonds Home Run Clip

Over the weekend I captured a 60FPS clip of Jim Edmonds hitting a home run against the Cardinals. As a result, I am in the process of putting together an analysis of the swing of Jim Edmonds.

Manny Ramirez Swing Analysis

Now that Manny Ramirez is playing in the National League, I have more of a chance to see him play at home against my Cardinals. I recently DVRed some film of him and just put together a new analysis of the swing of Manny Ramirez. This nice thing about this clip is that it's high-resolution, Super Slow Motion (SSMO).
