Refund Policy

I will be glad to replace, for free, a DVD that is broken or
defective. I will also refund purchases if the original shipping
envelope has not been opened. However, I am unable to offer refunds for packages that have
been opened. The issue is that I
have already had several people buy the DVD, view it and get the
information from the it, and then try to get their money back.
In other
words, they want the information on my DVD without having to pay
for it.
That isn't fair to me or to the others who have paid good money
for the DVD. There is a reason why
movies and video games are not returnable
once opened,
and I am just following the standard industry practices.
